About Us
North Central Washington Peer Connection (NCWPC) is a peer-led Recovery Community Organization based in Moses Lake, Washington. We exist to create a safe, inclusive space where individuals can find connection, support, and a sense of belonging—no matter where they are in their journey.
We believe recovery is not one-size-fits-all. It is personal, complex, and deeply human. That’s why everything we do is rooted in lived experience. Our team has walked through challenges, navigated systems, and found our own paths forward—and we use that experience to walk alongside others, not lead them.
At NCWPC, we don’t “fix” people. We support them.
Through one-on-one peer support, group connections, resource navigation, and community-based programs, we help individuals reconnect—to themselves, to others, and to what matters most in their lives. Whether someone is seeking support with substance use, mental health, reentry, life transitions, or simply looking for a place to feel understood, they are welcome here.
Our space is built on respect, dignity, and non-judgment. We honor all pathways and meet people exactly where they are.
We also recognize that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. That’s why we partner with local organizations, service providers, and community systems to help bridge gaps and create more accessible, compassionate support networks across North Central Washington.
At our core, NCWPC is about connection—real, human connection that reminds people they are not alone.
